Trade Practices amendments

The Senate referred the provisions of the Trade Practices Legislation Amendment Bill (No. 1) 2007 and the Trade Practices Amendment (Predatory Pricing) Bill 2007 to the Standing Committee on Economics.The Committee invited submissions on these two pieces of legislation.POAAL provided the Committee with a detailed submission, which can be downloaded from the Parliament House website.
