If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from Australia Post regarding your complaint, then you may contact the Commonwealth Ombudsman.
The Minister for Communications and the Minister for Finance are the two Ministers who have responsibility for Australia Post under their portfolios. Australia Post is a Government Business Enterprise. As such, the Minister has limited powers to direct Australia Post. Australia Post is responsible for its own day-to-day operations.
