Strikes affect delivery standards

Poor delivery results in Scotland have been blamed on recent strike action at an Edinburgh mail centre.Royal Mail has apologised for the delays, saying that it "was because of a short period of unofficial industrial action."The strike was as a result of a dispute regarding pay.
