Small Business Dispute Resolution

The Federal Government has been considering options for a national small business dispute resolution service. In May it published an options paper seeking feedback and comments on four proposed options for a national small business dispute resolution service.POAAL members are all small business owner/operators who have invested heavily financially - and personally - in the Australia Post network either through purchasing a Licensed Post Office or successfully tendering for a mail contract.The Government's options paper can be viewed online. POAAL's submission to the Government is also now available to download as a PDF from the Department of Innovation's website.
