Report on NSW Branch meeting

Tuesday night's NSW Branch meeting in Sydney was excellent. Three AP senior Australia Post managers were present, including the State Manager Commercial. They spoke on the present and future of the LPO network, and listened intently to the input of Licensees present. They agreed that they went away from the meeting with some good ideas and a better understanding of Licensees' needs - especially related to prompt responses by AP, stock availability and distribution, and product margins.The questions flowed from the assembled Licensees and after the close of the meeting at 11pm, the Australia Post representatives stayed on for at least another half an hour talking individually to Licensees.There might have been some bleary eyes at work on Wednesday morning, however all Licensees present welcomed the opportunity to have input from AP at a senior level, and are looking forward to an update meeting in a few months' time.
