POAAL Victorian Branch Chairman Des Burns hosted the meeting.Des noted the recent IT problems that have affected counter operations at LPOs.POAAL's Bob Chizzoniti led a discussion on various national and operational issues, including:

Letters (including labelling issues)
Customs declarations
Express Post
Delivery standards (including inbound international)
International mail
Returns
Network planning and transformation
Improving service quality for parcels, including first-time delivery
EIS
Security issues
