POAAL meets with Minister for Communications

[/caption]This morning POAAL met with Senator Stephen Conroy, the Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy.POAAL took the opportunity to push for government funding to provide electronic point-of-sale facilities in manual LPOs. The Minister took POAAL's suggestion on board, and POAAL will follow up this matter with the Minister in the future.Other topics discussed with the Minister included Australia Post's management restructure, the growth in parcel volumes, future trends and business proposals for Australia Post.
