POAAL meets with Christine Holgate

Today senior POAAL representatives met with Australia Post CEO/Managing Director Christine Holgate.Ms Holgate has continued to immerse herself in the Australia Post business and network since POAAL met with her late last year. She understands the need to develop new income streams for Australia Post, including the LPO network.POAAL emphasised the importance of striving for delivery excellence – in particular for parcel delivery. Customers expect high quality when it comes to parcel delivery, and POAAL wants Australia Post to remain the biggest and best delivery network in Australia. Australia Post can maintain its preeminence by continuing to invest in technology, finding innovative ways to deliver to customers first time, and making sure it takes care of Licensees and Contractors.
