POAAL Conference kicks off in style

The 2008 POAAL Conference commenced this evening with an informal welcome reception at the Tasmanian Design Centre.Delegates, exhibitors and guest speakers mingled amongst Tasmanian crafted works of art and design.The Reception & Welcome function gave delegates an opportunity to meet and network in an informal setting. Many conference exhibitors were present, along with some of the conference's guest speakers.

above: The POAAL Conference Reception & Welcome FunctionThe Conference proper commences on Saturday 22 March, with a presentation from ACCC Small Business Commissioner John Martin.Other speakers on day 1 of the Conference include Postal Industry Ombudsman Prof John McMillan, property consultant Sharon Johnston, superannuation and investment expert Ben Coxen and senior Australia Post representatives.
