POAAL WA Chairman Robert Angriawan hosted the meeting, and there was a presentation from a product wholesaler.Some of the issues Licensees raised included:

• Australia Post product lines that are only available at corporate outlets
• Western Union
• Australia Post's travel insurance product
• Customers lodging reply paid articles
• Business insurance
• Passport interviews
• Availability of other ID check transactions

A great group of Licensees, and a lot of important issues discussed.
