Non-payment of PO Box fees

A number of Licensees contacted POAAL about the non-payment of the early PO Box fees. These Licensees had opted in but had not received the early payment.POAAL took the matter up with Australia Post.Australia Post has advised that a small number of Licensees were affected by a technical issue which prevented payment of their advanced PO Box payment.Due to the nature of this technical malfunction Australia Post can't identify LPOs affected by this, and will rely on the licensee contacting Australia Post.As Licensees contact Australia Post to advise of this non-payment, AP will offer payment in February LiPOMs or if the Licensee is suffering undue financial hardship then AP can make an "out of cycle payment".Licensees should contact their Australia Post Network Manager urgently to make the necessary arrangements.
