New version of Franchising Code of Conduct

A new version of the Franchising Code of Conduct has been published. Licensed Post Offices are considered to be franchises and are covered by the Code.

Australia Post must give the following to a prospective Licensee 14 days before they sign the LPO Agreement:

  • The new version of the Code
  • Their current disclosure document
  • An executable version of the franchise agreement
