Melbourne meeting report

Licensees from around Victoria came to a POAAL Licensee meeting in Melbourne last week.POAAL Victorian Branch Chairman Des Burns gave an update on some State matters, and reminded Licensees of the importance of being 100% familiar with their income from Australia Post.POAAL's Bob Chizzoniti talked about a wide range of LPO matters with an emphasis on business processes and LPO payments, including:- Payment for eBay satchels- Scanning- PO Boxes- Certifying documents- Passport interviewsLicensees took the opportunity to ask many questions relating to the day-to-day operation of their businesses during an open question and answer session.
