POAAL’s Victorian Branch Chairman Des Burns hosted an EPOS workshop in Melbourne.
As well as scrumptious buffet food, Australia Post’s Barbara Young and Faye came along and gave a presentation with lots of helpful hints.

There were many questions from the floor and they listened to individual Licensees.
Many of the points made will be incorporated into future LEEP meetings so that all Licensees will benefit.
Topics included correct scanning method, PO box locks, printing shelf ticketing, and how to run a range of reports.
Barbara was also told of instances where 131318 advice to customers is incorrect and causes a lot of hassles at the counter when a customer comes in who has received inaccurate information.
