Increase to LPO payments 2013-14

POAAL's recent consultations with Australia Post on LPO payments resulted in an increase in LPO payments for all Licensees.From 1 July 2013 many LPO payments will increase, including:

• National bill pay
• State bill pay
• Banking
• Business banking
• ID&V transactions
• Mail Service Payment
• Passport applications and renewals

There are increases for manual (FAP150) LPOs as well as LPOs with EPOS. These increases to LPO payments are thanks to POAAL and the strength of the LPO Agreement. Under the LPO Agreement, Australia Post must consult with POAAL on LPO payments every year.Licensees should check their July LiPOMS to make sure that the increases have flowed through.
