Increase in award rates from 1 July 2024

In June 2024, the Fair Work Commission announced a 3.75% increase to the National Minimum Wage and minimum award wages.

The increase applies from the first full pay period starting on or after 1 July 2024.

The General Retail Industry Award, the industry award that applies to many LPO staff, and the Road Transport and Distribution Award are affected by this increase.
