Inaccurate tender information

Recently, POAAL has been approached by Mail Contractors concerned by cases where the information provided by AP in tender information packs (ie, length of run, number of delivery points, mail volumes, etc) does not accurately reflect the work expected of the successful tenderer when they commence work on the mail contract.POAAL is seeking information from any contractor (whether RSD, parcels, street, etc) where the information supplied to them in the tender information pack proved to be different from what was required of the Contractor once the contract was commenced.For example, if there were 100 more delivery points to be serviced than were stipulated in the tender information pack. (Consider other areas that were measured and included in the tender information pack such as run times, run lengths, mail volumes etc.)Any information you may be able to provide will be appreciated.
