Evening parcel delivery

In the Netherlands, PostNL has announced that it will offer parcel delivery to residential addresses on Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 6pm and 9:30pm.

PostNL offers other delivery options such as next-day delivery, specific date/time delivery and parcel locker collection.

Australia Post already has the ability to offer delivery windows for some e-commerce customers. Could we see more evening deliveries in the future? Would customers be prepared to pay a premium for this service?
