Just a reminder: the old 60cents stamps are not the ones that MyPost cardholders are to use if they want the concession stamps. The customer must register, and then purchase concession stamps, which only come in booklets of five with a maximum of ten booklets per year.POAAL has obtained for Licensees a $5.63 LPO commission for accepting each application as well as a further LPO commission for the sale of the stamps, which is the same at both EPOS and FAP150 LPOs. Concession stamps are not available at Post Points or Licensed Stamp Vendors. It should be noted that FAP150 LPOs are not required to keep track of individual customers’ usage. A lot of Licensees have pointed out certain complexities in the processing etc, however it must be noted that was a political instruction from “on high.” How many trees have been chopped down just for LPOs to get the instructions on how to process sales!
