Award modernisation

POAAL appeared in the Australian Industrial Relations Commission on behalf of Licensees recently regarding the "modernisation" of the Postal Services Industry Award.Licensees may have read reports in the press recently regarding the award modernisation process. The Postal Services Industry Award is also undergoing this process.Licensees will be kept informed of any developments that will impact on staff pay or conditions. A further AIRC hearing will be scheduled to discuss the Award.POAAL's submission to the AIRC, along with a transcript and all other submissions, are available from the AIRC website.
