Licensees asked many questions about scanning procedures, including issues at handover from PDOs/Contractors, transferred parcels, scanning PO Box parcels, and parcels that don't have barcodes - including international inbound parcels.POAAL's Bob Chizzoniti gave a wide-ranging presentation, including digital substitution of mail, regulation of the letters service, competition in the parcels market and banking in the postal network.Licensees also shared retail products that are strong sellers in their LPOs.
