POAAL's Chris Campbell (centre) with Greg and John from Help Desk and Tony and Kym from Australia Post.[/caption]Tony Bell and Kym Altmann from Australia Post updated Licensees on current issues, including the MyPost Concession Card and of the success some entrepreneurial Licensees have already achieved. Although the stamps are ‘discounted’, Licensees will still receive the full OMPF as for the 70c stamp and this will be paid as a special item on LiPOMS.Kym and Tony fielded questions from Licensees on a variety of issues, which was appreciated by those who attended.Popular managers Greg and John from the Help Desk gave a presentation that covered topics such as common mistakes Licensees make, stock returns, saving orders, changing Mini Menus and Western Union issues. They then answered many questions from Licensees.The importance of correctly scanning of barcoded items to trigger the payment process was discussed in depth.There was overwhelming positive feedback from Licensees on the format of the meeting. POAAL will continue to hold meetings with interesting guest speakers on topics relevant to Licensees.
