Adelaide Licensee meeting

Licensees raised a number of issues relating to scanning delivery items.Bob spoke about the strategic direction for Australia Post and the growing competition in the parcels business.Other issues raised by Licensees included:

• MyPost
• New business streams
• The two-speed letters service
• Stock invoices not arriving with stock
• Security

There was a presentation from Brands Australia on passport photo systems.
