Making a complaint
If you wish to complain about Australia Post’s services, in the first instance you must contact Australia Post. You can do this by contacting Australia Post on their customer contact number 13 13 18, or by writing to the Australia Post Commercial Manager in your State.
If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from Australia Post regarding your complaint, then you may contact the Postal Industry Ombudsman. The PIO can be contacted on 1300 362 072 or via the PIO website.

Australia Post is a Government Business Enterprise. As such, the Minister has limited powers to direct Australia Post. Australia Post is responsible for its own day-to-day operations.
