Changes to Franchising Code of Conduct

Amendments to the Franchising Code of Conduct come into force from 1 July 2010. The changes concern disclosure, franchise terms, franchise renewal, good faith and dispute resolution.
The ACCC has published a summary of the amendments to the Code which can be downloaded as a PDF.
The changes apply to franchise agreements (including LPO Agreements) entered into on or after 1 July 2010.
