Hungary trials automated money order payment
Posted: June 15, 2010 at 10:48 pm
Magyar Posta, the Hungarian national postal operator, and Erste Bank are trialling an automated money order payment scheme.
Under the three month trial, customers will be able to cash mechanically completed money orders at one of twelve Erste Bank ATMs, which are available 24 hours a day.
The service will be free to Erste Bank customers and people holding a Posta account. There will be a cash withdrawal transaction fee for customers of other banks who use these special ATMs.
