Completing AUSTRAC documentation

AUSTRAC has advised POAAL that Licensees should complete their AUSTRAC documentation to the best of their ability. The key points to remember are:
1. Be honest in your answers – if you are following AP procedures then note that accordingly. If the answer to a question is “no” or “I don’t know”, then insert just that.
2. Ring the AUSTRAC helpdesk. If AUSTRAC is made aware of Licensees’ major issues then that will be of assistance.
3. Meet the Friday 15 August deadline.
AUSTRAC will be taking part in POAAL meetings around the country. Make every effort to attend so that you can have your questions answered on the spot.
