Clause 10 review pro forma letter

POAAL has prepared a pro forma letter for Contractors to use when applying for a Clause 10 review of fuel costs.

Contractors may use the pro forma letter as a guide for writing to Australia Post to apply for a review of fuel costs under Clause 10 of the mail contract.

At Senate Estimates hearings last year, Australia Post gave a commitment to allow Contractors access to AP’s fuel price data. This allows Contractors to calculate if and when to apply for a fuel price review under the terms of the mail contract.
