Proposed variation to LPO Agreement – update
Posted: June 23, 2008 at 7:30 pm
Our thanks to those Licensees across three States who were quick to alert us to Australia Post’s advice to Licensees regarding a proposed variation to the LPO Agreement.
This prompt action by Licensees enabled POAAL to seek legal advice and contact Australia Post without delay, pointing out the error of their ways in circulating this advice to Licensees.
Australia Post has agreed to write to the Licensees in those three States, advising them to destroy the original advice.
POAAL will be holding consultations in the near future with Australia Post.
POAAL will keep Licensees informed of any further developments.
