New hybrid truck launched

Iveco has launched a new hybrid truck, the Iveco Eurocargo Hybrid.
The truck combines diesel and electric power. It is estimated that the new hybrid truck will deliver 30% savings on operating costs compared to similar trucks.
Road tests will commence in 2008.
